Figured I will sell the amp to offset the cost of the guitar and end up at about 120 for the guitar and gig bag. If I didn't already own an DeArmond Starfire Special as well as an Epi Dot, Casino and Joe Pass I might have bought it. So, I stumbled across what I think was a decent deal.Oscar Schmidt OE30 Delta King black with case and Line 6 amp for 150.
Nice neck, adequate pickups and decent workmanship. My personal experience with one in a music store a few years back was positive. Does anyone know why Washburn/Oscar Schmidt decided to discontinue this guitar They were very good, for a 100 guitar, and probably could have sold for 2x that if they had to raise the price. The bolt-on neck thing reminds me of late '60s to mid '70's Japanese imports.
It seemed like everyone that wanted a decent cheap guitar was buying them.
